OCS Technical Assistance Call

The Division of State Assistance, within the Office of Community Services, conducted a technical assistance call on April 9th to provide background regarding corrective action, termination or reduction of funding for eligible entities in the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program.  This call is intended for representatives of State CSBG Lead Agencies.

The purpose of the call was to review the ten key steps identified in Information Memorandum 116 to assure that statutory requirements are met for monitoring, corrective actions, technical assistance and quality improvement processes for CSBG-eligible entities with identified performance deficiencies. The call lasts approximately 40 minutes long.
