This toolkit is intended to assist Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in navigating the information generated by the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA) and in increasing understanding of how ARRA applies to and affects CAAs.

    This section contains information on the increase in Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) funding from ARRA and the issues and requirements related to the increase.

    This section contains information on the increase in Head Start funding from ARRA and the issues and requirements related to the increase.

    This section contains information on the increase in the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) funding from ARRA and the issues and requirements related to the increase.
