Keeping Denver Vital City Tour

Wednesday, June 7, 2017 | 8:00a.m. – 12:30p.m.

Denver is a city on the move. Often cited as one of the best places in the U.S. for launching a startup business, embarking on a career, sampling a micro brew or legal marijuana, Denver – for many reasons – is a desirable place to live, work and visit. But the red hot economy has not been welcomed by everyone and is often a burden on low income and marginalized persons who are losing ground due to challenges in accessing affordable housing, employment paying a living wage, fresh food, and other activities necessary for a healthy community. The Keeping Denver Vital city tour (Mantner Denver Vital en Espanol) will showcase Denver’s commitment to be an inclusive city that values economic diversity for all citizens. The Keeping Denver Vital tour will include examples of innovative employment programs, mixed use housing, transit oriented development, health care facilities, therapeutic horticulture and more.

Cost is $75 per person and includes lunch. Space is limited. Pre-registration with payment is required.
Sign up for the tour when you register for the conference or contact Gove Group at 412-431-5087 to register.
