Financial Network e-Forum Etiquette
Thank you for joining the Financial Network e-Forum, the official
financial listserv of CAPLAW. Welcome! To keep the e-Forum
running effeciently and effectively, we offer the following
etiquette tips to our financial network members.
- Please type your name, organization, and contact information at the end of each post. This allows others to contact you personally with a question, comment, or reply if they choose to do so.
- If you wish to email an individual, compose a new email with only that person's email address.
- When replying, please use the same subject line as the orginial comment or query.
- No commercial, marketing, fundraising or partisan message will be accepted on the e-Forum
- No offensive, derogatory or personally-damaging comments will be tolerated
- Do not click reply, unless you intend to send a message to the entire Financial Network.
- Please compose emails that pertain to the inteded topic of the Financial Network e-Forum.
- Please avoid using capital letters in your e-mail for emphasis as that is considered to be the same as shouting. Instead, use an asterisk before and after the word or phrase you want to emphasize.
- Please do not send virus alerts or other alerts that do not pertain to the Financial Network e-Forum
- Please do not send jokes.
- If you are going to be out of the office and using an automatic out of the office reply, please check with your e-mail administrator as to how to modify that automatic response so that it does not go out to the rest of the e-Forum with every posting.
