Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc. (CAPLAW) provides the legal solutions and knowledge CAAs and their state associations need. Through its in-house legal staff and nationwide network of attorneys, CAPLAW offers you and your members high quality legal advice and education specifically tailored to the needs of the Community Action network.
