Action, Termination and Reduction of CSBG Funding

The federal Office of Community Services recently issued Information Memorandum 116 to ensure a consistent understanding of legal requirements and procedures for termination and reduction of CSBG funding. The IM provides a sample tool for states to use to document their actions.
